Five steps. One press. One human at the bench. This is the whole cycle every shirt, tank, and hoodie moves through before it leaves the shop.

Source the blank
I work with premium blanks only — heavyweight cotton from suppliers that don't cut corners on weight, weave, or finish. A perfect press on a cheap shirt is still a cheap shirt. The blank gets chosen before the design.

Prep the press
Top-of-the-line equipment. Temperature calibrated to the garment material. Pressure plate seasoned and tested. Screen-printed transfer aligned on the garment before the press comes down. The three things that go wrong with cheap pressing — heat drift, pressure inconsistency, alignment — are equipment problems. The equipment removes them.

The press
Heat held within ±2°. Pressure constant. Dwell time exact to the transfer spec. Lift. Cool. The bond is permanent and the design becomes the fabric — not a sticker sitting on top of it. Most home-press operations skip the cooling stage. We don't.

Inspect
Print edges sharp. No ghosting. No scorch marks. Garment seams intact. If it doesn't pass, it doesn't ship — it goes in the seconds pile. Quality at the bench is cheaper than warranty claims downstream, and it's the whole reason a make-on-demand brand can guarantee anything.

Pack and ship
You get a tracking number when the piece leaves. No batch warehouse drops — your order moved from the press, to inspection, to your address. The whole cycle is 5–7 business days plus shipping. That's the trade for getting it right.
